1. What areas do you serve?
- ProCraft Builds serves Bentonville, Bella Vista, Rogers, Centerton, Pea Ridge, Lowell and surrounding communities across Northwest Arkansas.
2. How does the project process work?
- We start with an initial consultation to discuss your goals & vision, dimensions, and materials. From there, we provide a scope of work and estimate. (**See FAQ #4 for additional information**) Once approved, we schedule your build, procure materials, and complete the work with precision, clear communication and respect for your home.
3. How far in advance should I book my project?
- Lead times vary depending on the size and scope of the build, as well as current project schedules and seasonal demand. As a dedicated, small team in a booming market, reaching out several weeks in advance ensures we can secure materials and line up your project on the calendar.
4. Are estimates free?
- Initial consultations, whether in-person or via phone/text/email, are always free, and some small, more standard projects are easily estimated and remain free. Because some projects have a large or complex scope and/or aren't out-of-the-box solutions, crafting an accurate final price takes significant time—design time, calculating precise labor, and sourcing specialty materials. This is like "Phase 1" of the project. In those cases, to cover this design and estimation phase, we charge a consultation fee that is 100% applied directly toward your project total when you move forward with us. Transparent budget discussions early on help us tailor this planning phase directly to your target spend and goals.
